Delivery Areas
We deliver exclusively to Butwal and Tilottama in Rupandehi district.
Delivery Times
Most orders are delivered within 24 hours in both Butwal and Tilottama.
Shipping Methods
We use our own fleet of trucks for reliable and timely delivery.
Delivery Areas
CementFi currently delivers exclusively to the following areas:
Rupandehi District, Lumbini Province
- Butwal - All areas within city limits
- Tilottama - All areas within city limits
We currently do not deliver outside of these two cities.
Please Note: At this time, we are focused on providing the best service within Butwal and Tilottama. We do not offer delivery to other cities or regions in Nepal.
Delivery Timeline
Order Confirmation
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes.
Order Processing
Your order will be processed within 2-4 hours during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM).
Dispatch
Once processed, your order will be dispatched from our nearest warehouse or directly from the manufacturer.
Delivery
Delivery times:
- Butwal: Within 24 hours
- Tilottama: Within 24 hours
Shipping Fees
Our shipping fees are calculated based on the order quantity and delivery location within Butwal and Tilottama:

Delivery Policies
Delivery Confirmation
Our delivery personnel will contact you before delivery to confirm your availability. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the products.
Inspection at Delivery
We recommend inspecting the products at the time of delivery. Any visible damage should be reported immediately to the delivery personnel and noted on the delivery receipt.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If we are unable to deliver due to your unavailability, we will attempt delivery again the next business day. After three failed attempts, additional delivery charges may apply.
Delivery to Construction Sites
For deliveries to construction sites, please ensure that there is adequate access for our delivery vehicles and personnel available to help with unloading if necessary.
