"CementFi," "we," "us," or "our" refers to CementFi, a company registered in Nepal.

"User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses our services.

"Services" refers to all features, functions, and offerings provided by CementFi, including but not limited to the website, mobile application, product listings, ordering system, and delivery services.

"Products" refers to cement and related construction materials offered for sale through CementFi.

"Manufacturer" refers to cement manufacturing companies that supply products through CementFi.

3.1. To use certain features of our Services, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3. You must immediately notify CementFi of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

3.4. CementFi reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, false, or misleading.

3.5. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services.

4.1. All product listings on CementFi are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.

4.2. Prices for products are subject to change without notice. We strive to provide accurate pricing information, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of products you have ordered, we will inform you and give you the option of continuing with the order at the correct price or canceling the order.

4.3. By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products. All orders are subject to acceptance by CementFi. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.4. Payment must be made at the time of placing an order unless credit terms have been pre-arranged and approved by CementFi.

4.5. For business customers with approved credit terms, payment must be made within the agreed-upon timeframe. Late payments may result in interest charges and suspension of services.

5.1. CementFi will arrange for the delivery of products to the address specified by you during the ordering process.

5.2. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Factors outside our control, such as weather conditions, traffic, or manufacturing delays, may affect delivery times.

5.3. You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and inspect the products. If no one is available, additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

5.4. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. You should inspect all products at the time of delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt.

5.5. CementFi reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees for remote locations or difficult access areas.

6.1. Returns are accepted only for damaged products or products that do not meet the stated specifications.

6.2. Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Quality issues must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

6.3. CementFi reserves the right to inspect products before approving returns or refunds.

6.4. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

7.1. All content on CementFi, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of CementFi or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

7.3. The CementFi name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of CementFi or its affiliates. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

8.1. CementFi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services.

8.2. CementFi shall not be liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from hacking, tampering, or other unauthorized access or use of the Services or your account or the information contained therein.

8.3. CementFi shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from your use of products purchased through our Services, including but not limited to damages or losses resulting from improper use, storage, or application of products.

8.4. In no event shall CementFi's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount paid by you to CementFi for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
